  • 2 new carrots
  • 1 small white leek
  • 1 new turnip
  • 1 leaf of organic Chinese cabbage
  • 20 cl of milk (immediately for a baby).


Peel all the vegetables and cut them into cubes or pieces (leek white). Cook for 15 minutes steaming, in a steamer or in a basket placed over a pan of boiling water. Purée them in the blender, then pour into a saucepan and dilute with the milk. Serve with a spoon or in a bottle, with a large teat.
