Ingredients:

• 1 ripe half-avocado
• 1 half slice of ham, defatted and uncured
• 2 sprigs of chervil
• 1 lemon
• 2 tbsp. white cheese
• 1 pinch of salt.

Preparation:

In the mixer bowl, place the lemon cut avocado to prevent it from oxidizing. Add the cottage cheese and salt. Puree. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with diced ham and herbs.
