Advantage of Spritzbredele, variety of bredele (see the recipe), they prepare the same day! They have a little less butter than bredele (ok, it's not diet either!). You will make them using a piping bag.
- 500 g flour type 45
- 200 g of butter
- 2 eggs
- 250 g caster sugar
- Mix the softened butter and flour, then the remaining ingredients you add to the first mixture.
- On your baking tray, place the parchment paper on which you put some water with a brush or by hand as Willy, our pastry chef, recommends.
- When the dough is smooth, dress in the piping bag.
- Put in the oven for about ten minutes.
