A recipe for grandmother to come out in the heart of winter! It's a complete dish that will stall your stomachs.

Ingredients:

1 Morteau sausage
400 g potatoes
2 turnips
1 leek
2 carrots
1 onion
1 half liter of milk
40 g of butter
10 cl of fresh cream
100 g grated Comté
30 g finely chopped chives
2 pinches of grated nutmeg
salt and pepper.

Preparation:

Cook Morteau sausage for 10 minutes in a pan of simmering water and set aside. Wash and peel the vegetables. Cut the potatoes into small dice and slice the other vegetables in julienne. In a casserole, cook for 5 minutes over high heat in the butter without stirring. Cover with water and add the milk and nutmeg. Simmer on very low heat for 50 minutes, stirring regularly. Cut the Morteau sausage in slices. Chop the chives. Add the liquid cream and the grated cheese to the soup. Season with salt and pepper, then add the slices of Morteau sausage and chopped chives before serving.
