A fresh idea of salad. To enjoy the benefits of avocado, rich in protein, vitamins A, C, E and iron. And do not forget about sesame seeds for fiber and minerals!
Ingredients:
For 4 people :
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 ripe avocados
- ½ lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
- Sesame seeds
- Salt pepper
Preparation:
Cut the tomato into quarters, remove the seeds and slice the flesh into small cubes.
Cut the avocado in half, peel it, remove the kernel and slice the flesh into small cubes.
In a salad bowl, mix the oil with lemon and coriander. Season.
Add the vegetables, some sesame seeds, mix well and reserve 1 hour in the fridge before serving.
