  • For 4 people :
  • 1 roll of puff pastry
  • 4 small tomatoes
  • 120 g of fresh goat cheese
  • 2 slices of raw ham
  • some leaves of arugula
  • olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar.


Preheat the oven to 210 ° C. Spread the puff pastry and cut 4 circles. Place them on a sheet of baking paper on the baking sheet.
Wash the tomatoes and cut them in thin slices. Cut the goat cheese into slices.
Brush a little oil on the dough and then arrange tomatoes, goat cheese and slices of ham.
